Case Study 1 

The client was selling the 2 bedroom property and the house contained a lot of sellable items.

There was no shed or garage just a loft but it didn't contain anything valuable just waste and rubbish.

The furniture that was still in the house was relatively new only a few months old so could easily reach a good value. 

The property contained a lot of electrical items such as T.V and kitchen appliances etc. 

Although we had to remove the carpets.

This was a 1 bedroom flat with easy access.

There is a shed in the back garden and no garage.

Ronisch Boudoir Grand Piano 

Found in a house clearance in Southend

This stunning example of a Ronisch Boudoir Grand Piano which we believe dates from the 80's. We recently purchased this from a customer who was moving & downsizing in property size so they had decided to sell this cherished possession. Up until then it had been a much loved edition of their living space & they were very sad to see this go.

As you can see from the photos this really is a stunning piano finished in a matt black which sits upon 3 large bulbous turned legs and it comes complete with a matching black piano stool as well. I am no pianist, but sound wise this is truly beautiful with lovely warm tones & there appears to be plenty of bounce in the keys. We were told by the company that moved this piano for us that generally after moving pianos such as this will require retuning. 

 This is a used piano, in the region of 30 years old, but even considering this I would say this is still in great condition. As you would expect there are a few dings and marks here and there. 

Plus if you look at the photos you'll see about 8" of one of the edges has some cracking which I believe happened in transit, this is on the underside though so is not massively noticeable. Viewing before purchase is welcome & recommended at our retail premises based in Westcliff, Essex.

Approximate measurements for this piano are as follows - 168cm in length, 150cm in width & 100cm in height.
